Resistance leads to control, anxiety, fear, and attachments.

Flowing leads to peace, joy, respect, self-love, forgiveness.

You can flow in life while saying "No" to what doesn't resonate with you. You can say that without holding heavy frequencies. You must stop seeing holding compassion and a high frequency as defeat because you aren't angry enough at the outside to scare it away.

When you accept the existence of that circumstance or that other aspect of you, when you look at everything, all frequencies, without judgment, nothing can stop you. When you shine your compassion and love towards it all, you do so for yourself.

What you don't prefer will stop manifesting as you stop feeding it resistance. This includes your feelings.
